Brought my 2010 CRV in because I was hearing a popping sound under car when turning wheel sharp. It was a loose ball joint that wasn’t tightened enough from previous visit so they didn’t charge me anything. They also ran a dignostic to show me what needed to be fixed- minor repairs, but good to know. Very professional & helpful.

Very professional! They take their job serious and did a great job on my tires for my Honda civic. They went above and beyond with the inspection and I could not be more pleased! Defiantly going to keep coming back and recommending them to friends and family!

Couldn't recommend Tuffy's in Amherst enough! I got a new used car and needed to make sure everything was running right. They were thorough, efficient, and kind! They take pictures of everything and are honest about what is going on with your car. Even replaced my headlight bulb for free! They were my second opinion, but now they are my first choice! If you have car troubles, go to them!

I truly appreciated the professionalism and the manner in which they communicated about my car’s maintenance. During the oil change for my vehicle the technician and manager talked with me about an issue with the hood of my car. As they were closing it a spring came off which caused the hood not to close properly. They quickly addressed the delay in completing the car maintenance and worked diligently to assemble a new spring under the hood of my vehicle so I wouldn’t have a problem with closing the hood later. They worked past closing time to ensure that my car was in good condition. I highly recommend any vehicle maintenance or repairs with the awesome team at “Tuffy auto care!!” Absolutely dependable and honorable!

Absolutely amazing and quick service! I had an emergency nail in one of my tires and was leaving to go out of town in hours. Tuffy got me in right away and fixed the issue in no time. Service was fast, friendly and fair priced! We will definitely be using Tuffy for all of our needs from now on!
